Ingredients

  • Frozen Mangoes: 4 cups (about 600 grams)

  • Maple Syrup: 1/4 cup

  • Lime: Juice of 1 lime

Preparation

Step 1


Place the frozen mangoes in a blender and blend until they form small crushed pieces. Scrape down the sides.



Step 2


Add 1/4 cup of maple syrup and the juice of the lime to the blender. Blend again until smooth and creamy.



Step 3


Enjoy right away for a soft sorbet, or place in the freezer for a few hours to firm it up before serving.
